These Terms govern use of The Prize Generator hosted service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Prize Generator provides hosted campaign tools that can select a random winning visit, redirect non-winning visitors, display hosted winner pages, and record campaign activity such as visits, winners, and claims.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password with unauthorized users.
You are responsible for the content, links, offers, prizes, promotions, and claim instructions you place inside your campaigns. You must have the right to use and promote any content or destination you provide.
You may not use the service to:
The campaign owner is responsible for the prize or benefit offered to a winner and for fulfilling any promise made through the campaign. The Prize Generator provides the technical campaign and winner-selection service but does not itself provide a member's advertised prize.
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. No specific traffic, conversion, claim, revenue, or promotional result is guaranteed.
Accounts or campaigns may be disabled when necessary for security, abuse prevention, violations of these Terms, or protection of the service and its users.
Use of account and campaign data is also described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
